We took over the house at Fasanenhof in 2019, extensively renovated it and brought it up to a new building standard in terms of energy. At the same time, we tried to maintain or restore the charm of the almost 100-year-old building.

Apartment 41a is located on the top floor of the house and has its own entrance. This is accessible via our balcony. There we may meet every now and then.

We have been renting the apartment since July 2021 and look forward to welcoming guests, also for a longer period of time.
